fixed-float.llc provides a non-custodial, instant cryptocurrency exchange service that allows users to swap digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. We act solely as a technical intermediary and do not hold, store, or manage user funds at any point during the exchange process.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. fixed-float.llc does not require account registration for basic swaps; however, certain features may require identity verification in compliance with applicable AML/KYC regulations.
All exchange orders are final once submitted and confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rates are locked for a limited window as displayed at the time of order creation; rates may adjust if funds arrive outside the specified time window. You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses — fixed-float.llc cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
Service fees are clearly disclosed prior to order confirmation and are included in the quoted exchange rate. Network (miner) fees are separate and vary based on blockchain congestion at the time of the transaction. No hidden fees are applied after order submission.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on fixed-float.llc are the exclusive property of fixed-float.llc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to use this service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity. Use of automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. fixed-float.llc does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and inherently risky; you acknowledge and accept this risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fixed-float.llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
fixed-float.llc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which fixed-float.llc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
