  • We collect wallet addresses, transaction hashes, IP addresses, and browser/device metadata when you use fixed-float.llc.

  • We do not require account registration; no name, email, or government ID is collected unless you voluntarily contact our support.

  • Data is used solely to process your exchange, detect fraud, comply with AML/CFT obligations, and improve service reliability.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Tracking

  • We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state and security tokens. Optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

  • You may disable non-essential cookies via our Cookie Preferences panel or your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • We share data with blockchain analytics providers (e.g., Chainalysis) for compliance screening and with cloud infrastructure partners under strict data-processing agreements.

  • We may disclose data to law enforcement when legally compelled by a valid court order or applicable regulation.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

6. Data Retention

  • Transaction records are retained for up to 5 years to meet AML/CFT regulatory requirements.

  • IP logs and session data are purged after 90 days unless required for an active investigation.

7. Security

  • All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest.

  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis and is subject to regular security audits.

8. Children's Privacy

  • Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

  • If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact privacy@fixed-float.llc for immediate removal.

9. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage for at least 14 days before taking effect.

  • Continued use of fixed-float.llc after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
